Whitehaven International Maritime Festival 2007

This years event was the biggest and best so far and saw around 350,000 visitors desend on Whitehavens harbour.

The bad weather at the start of the weekend didn't dampen the spirits, and once again the event proved to be a big hit with the crowds.

Highlights included a magnificent display by The Red Arrows, several tall ships sailing into town, and an amazing fireworks display on the Saturday night.
