In October Simon Jenkins, Chairman of the National Trust, published ‘England’s 100 Best Views’. Of this impressive top 100 – six stunning views are in the Western Lake District.. Borrowdale, Buttermere, Castlerigg Stone Circle, Derwentwater, Wasdale Head and Wrynose and Hardknott.
To celebrate this accolade the three runners-up of the 'Top Western Lake District Views – E-Book Photography Competition' will receive a hardback copy of ‘England’s 100 Best Views’.
