Travel writers' e-newsletters

New for 2008 was a full colour print newsletter called BOAST. This was produced by the Partnership's PR staff and mailed out to over 200 journalists.

It gives the journalists lots of different ideas on what they can do in the area if they were to visit on a press trip. So far this has generated numerous press enquiries which will hopefully result in trips to the area and coverage in the press. To read the BOAST newsletter that was sent out in August, please click on the link below:

In 2007/2006, The Partnership sent out a travel writers newsletter on a quartlery basis. This went out to a large database of travel writers both regionally and nationally.

It is designed to make sure the writers are kept up to date with any new developments in the Western Lake District and they are aware of all the fantastic things there are to see and do in the area.

Click on the links below to open up a PDF version of recent newsletters that have been sent out.

If you would like to feature any news in the travel newsletter please contact The Partnership on (01900) 818741 or info@western-lakedistrict.co.uk
